Visit to Rosenburg Castle

When you hear the song 'Es liegt ein Schloss in Österreich',
of course, you immediately know what they're singing about. That is, if you're
Austrian. It's the famous castle of Rosenburg. The original medieval castle was
completely re-modeled in the 16th Century (Renaissance).

Duck Babies!

Hoggetts are pleased to announce a blessed event: the
duck has hatched three eggs. The other ducks in that particular flock – the Hoggett
ducks form independent autonomous collectives, currently there are two – teamed
up to guard the eggs during the incubation process. The farmer locked them all
safely in at night to discourage predators. And voila, there are three new
ducklings to admire.
A Youtube viewer gushed, 'They look so precious.' We
agree, as does the proud mama.
